though i feel a bit awkward about it, i do stop in the middle of the street to take pictures of random stuff, including people's homes. this is especially awkward when you consider that most dutch people are very fond of their decorating skills, and so they don't use curtains very often. no, really!
so when we moved in here, i enjoyed watching people take pictures of the neighborhood. (this is just about 20 minutes on our first day...)
he's just put his camera away; i was a little late. still getting used to this.
she is an example of my favorite kind: they take a picture from every single angle of the neighborhood. it's that good.
this is just a horse and carriage going through our neighborhood. you know, if you want to imagine that it's 1820. if you want.
also taking picture of lost tourists is fun. because i do this. but i move out of the street first.
